No, we don’t have any offline store at all or don’t have any third-party stores as well. Our entire mode of operations is strictly online, through our store on our official website. In case you find any of our products on any offline store, beware of its originality. We’ve not authorized any third-party dealership at all.

You have a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, in the case of damaged, defective or wrong items delivered to you. In case you need any returns, reach out to us through our website and place a request. We’ll guide you through the rest of the process. There are no return or restocking fees of any kind. We want to create a good relationship with each client, and as all returns are due to our fault, we handle everything ourselves and completely free of cost as well. Once your return request is approved, the rest is our responsibility.

Shipping, Deliveries, and Cancellations

Shipping and deliveries together are completed within 3-5 business days, depending on your location in Hong Kong. We take 2 business days to ship your order, following rigorous checking and internal processing. Post-shipping, our delivery partners take an additional 1-3 business days to deliver the product. Thus, the total timeframe stands at 3-5 business days.

Cancellations are available before the order is shipped out of our facility, which has a specific timeframe of 2 business days.
