To utilize this platform, you must be a resident of Hong Kong and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process. The provision of false data, especially regarding your physical delivery address, may result in the immediate termination of your order and a suspension of future access to our services.

3. Pricing and Payment Structure

Transparency is the cornerstone of the Ornatrixel experience. To build an environment of trust, we utilize a specific payment architecture:

• Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) is the exclusive payment mode.
• Currency: All prices are listed and payable in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
• Transparency: The price displayed at the moment of checkout is the final amount. No hidden fees, taxes, or surcharges are added after the order is confirmed.

By selecting COD, you commit to being present at the designated delivery address during the distribution window to provide the exact amount to our logistics partner.

4. Order Cancellation Protocol

We understand that circumstances may change after an order is placed. However, our logistical efficiency requires a structured cancellation window.

• Timeline: You may request a cancellation of your order only within the internal processing period. As established in our fulfillment policy, orders are dispatched after 2 business days.
• Deadline: Once the 2-day handling period has concluded and the item has been handed over to our local courier, the order is considered "In Transit" and can no longer be cancelled.
• Procedure: To initiate a cancellation, you must send an electronic mail to contact@ornatrixel.com before the expiration of the 2-day processing window. If the request is received after the parcel has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply instead.

5. Fulfillment and Local Distribution

Our logistical framework is dedicated to the Hong Kong region.

• Handling: We dedicate 2 business days to the preparation and packaging of your handbag.
• Transit: Following dispatch, delivery occurs within 1 to 3 business days.
• Total Duration: The expected timeframe for receipt is 3 to 5 business days.
• Cost: Distribution within Hong Kong is provided at no cost to the consumer ($0 HKD).

Ornatrixel is not liable for delays caused by inaccurate address details provided by the user or unforeseen disruptions in local infrastructure.

6. Resolution of Discrepancies (Returns)

We maintain a professional standard for our products. If a handbag arrives in a damaged state or if the incorrect model is delivered, you are entitled to a resolution.

• Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report a fault.
• Free Process: We do not charge fees for returns or restocking.
• Validation: All returned items undergo a 1-business-day inspection upon arrival at our local facility.
• Refunds: Since payments are made via COD, refunds are executed exclusively through bank transfers. You must provide correct banking details via email. While we process the transfer within 1 business day of receiving your data, please allow 7 to 8 business days for the banking system to reflect the balance.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Ornatrixel platform, including text, logos, handbag designs, and imagery, is the exclusive property of our brand. You are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or distributing any brand assets without express written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be met with legal action under Hong Kong jurisdiction.

In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), we are committed to safeguarding your identity.

• Collection: We only collect data necessary for the fulfillment of your order (Name, Address, Phone, Email).

9. Limitation of Liability

Ornatrixel provides its platform and products on an "as-available" basis. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific handbag in question.
